It was a quiet and great hotel in a secure area, very close to Iowa State University and at least one restaurant and dining and box stores like Target and Wal-Mart. The breakfast had a lot of options and included cookies, eggs, and hot waffles.

A little run down hotel, even so with very helpful staff and good wi-fi. Comfortable and magnificent location in safe area, not far from Jack Trice Stadium, dining and box stores, and a grocery store. Again, 15 minutes walk from Lincoln Highway Statue. A huge variety of food at the breakfast, including cookies, eggs, and hot waffles. Easy check in and late check out.
